We accept returns only for products that are unused and remain in their original condition, with the vacuum-sealed packaging unopened. Returned items must be sent back to us within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund. Once your return has been received, it will be inspected and reviewed, and you will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of your return within 3 days. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed accordingly. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
